Informational public data service

ImpactLine provides public fiscal information, dashboards, API responses, summaries, and accountability signals for research, journalism, civic review, and policy analysis. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, procurement, audit, or government compliance advice.

Source-data limitations

Government datasets can be delayed, revised, incomplete, unavailable, or reported under different accounting definitions. ImpactLine may label known differences, but you are responsible for checking official source records before relying on a number, label, ranking, estimate, or interpretation.

Budget Authority, actual outlays, obligations, revenues, transfers, grants, contracts, and economic indicators are different measures. Do not treat one measure as another unless the source and dashboard label explicitly say so.

API and website access

You may use ImpactLine website and API outputs for lawful research, reporting, civic analysis, and internal review. Do not overload, scrape abusively, bypass rate limits, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or use ImpactLine in a way that disrupts the service for other users.

ImpactLine may change, suspend, or remove endpoints, cached data, source integrations, analysis behavior, or dashboard fields as the service and source data evolve.

AI and estimate limitations

ImpactLine may use generated analysis, stored analysis, first-principles estimates, rankings, and model-assisted summaries. These outputs are triage and explanation aids only. They are not accusations, legal findings, audit findings, fraud determinations, official recoveries, or proof of corruption.

No official status

ImpactLine is not a government agency and does not speak for any federal, state, local, or international government body. Do not present ImpactLine data, summaries, or analysis as official government determinations.

No warranty

ImpactLine is provided as-is and as-available. Source data, APIs, models, cached rows, endpoint availability, and product behavior may change without notice.
